In some instances, you may need to mark an order status within OrderCup. For example, you may have shipped the order outside OrderCup, and want to change the order status to "Shipped".
You can do this manually in OrderCup:
- Click on the the Orders Tab.
- Highlight the order(s) by clicking on the order row for which you want to change the status
- Click the *Change Status* button on the menu bar at the top
4. Select the status ("Shipped", "Cancelled", "Returned", "On-Hold, "New" or custom status ) and click "Save" button.
The status of all selected order(s) will be updated to the status selected.
