Email notifications:
In the case of an online store OrderCup does not send email notifications to you or your customers it will update the shopping cart with the shipping notification and you shopping card with send out the order shipped notice to your customer.
If you have a stand alone store.
Your customer can receive and email from OrderCup when the item has shipped.
1. Select the settings Icon.
2. Choose Shipments.
3. select Send notification email on shipping a manual order.
