OrderCup allows you to do an inbound/import shipment for your international Orders. This is supported via DHL Express Worldwide Import (2-4 days) service.

If you have not enabled DHL in your account, you can do so by following the instructions at Solutions --> Installation & Setup --> Shipping Carriers --> Setting up DHL International Shipping. Once done, follow the steps below:


Go to Settings --> Carriers --> DHL.


Click Configure Shipping Services enabled while shipping and select DHL Express Worldwide Import (2-4 days) in the popup. and click Save




Now, when you are shipping an International Order, just select DHL Express Worldwide Import (2-4 days) for Service. You will notice that the Ship To Address and Ship From Address are swapped.




Now generate the label as you would usually do by click Print PDF. The generated label is an inbound/import label.


Those using My DHL Account or Reseller DHL Account should make sure that DHL Import Account Number is set up correctly at

Settings --> Carriers --> DHL
