If you want to mark a "Partially Shipped" Order at OrderCup end to be marked as "Partially Shipped" at WooComerce end, Please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Download & Install "WooCommerce OrderCup Partial Shipment" Plugin at WordPress.
Step 2: Once you install & activate the plugin at WordPress end, you can confirm if the plugin has been successfully installed by clicking "Add Order" button under WooCommerce and click Order Status dropdown. This should show you a new status called as "Partial Shipment" being added to the list
Step 3: Once you confirm the above 2 steps work fine, you need to enable the "Enable Partial Shipment Feature" checkbox under Settings->Stores->Details
