If you are not seeing new orders come into your ETSY store it could be that your credentials have expired.
To reauthorized OrderCup follow these steps
1. Log into OrderCup then go to Settings, Stores, Details, Then scroll down to Etsy OAuth Verifier, under store info.
2. Click the link Provide your Consent to Etsy. (See image below).
3. This will take you to the ETSY login screen.
4. Login to your ETSY store
5. You will see the following screen. At the bottom of the page click the Allow Access button.
After you click the allow access button, you will be taken to the following screen.
6. Copy the 8-digit code on this page to OrderCup Etsy OAuth Verifier field shown on the next image.
Then click save at the bottom of the page.
