Introduction
Most Sendle shipments are automatically insured for loss and damage during transit and the amount of the insurance coverage is $100 USD or CAD depending on whether the shipment originated in the US or Canada.
With OrderCup's integrated Sendle Tracking Page, you can file a claim for lost or damaged Sendle shipment directly with Sendle, whether using OrderCup's Sendle Account or your own Sendle Account.
Filing a Claim
Here are the steps to file a loss or damage claim for a Sendle Shipment.
1. Go to the Shipments page in OrdeCup and search for the relevant order or tracking number.

2. Click the tracking number and you will be taken to the integrated Sendle Tracking page, where you can see the current status of your shipment, file a claim and even see the status of a filed claim.

3. Click on the Damaged parcel claim link or Lost parcel claim link, and you will be taken to the next page.

4. Click the Start Claim button and follow the on screen instructions. All future status updates will show on this page.
