A. OrderCup support strong basic Product details for your store by having a Product Master table. The Product Master is populated by fetching Product Details from the store, rather it is populated from information on the products in the existing fetched orders in your OrderCup store.
To build the product table from the current set of orders, go to Settings --> Products and click the Import --> From Orders link. This will initiate a background job to build the Product Master and may take a few minutes.
B. OrderCup also supports to importing products to Product Master table via CSV file.
NOTE: you must create a warehouse before you can import from a CSV file
1. Go to Settings --> Products and click the Import --> From CSV File link and Click it.
2. Popup to Upload CSV file will open. Upload CSV file by clicking on browse button in CSV file and then Click on upload button to upload it.
You can also download sample product CSV file from "Download sample Product CSV file" in popup.
3. After uploading CSV file, popup for mapping Products File Fields to Product Table Columns will open. Map appropriate Product File Fields to Product Table Columns fields.
Click on Save Map to save map or click on Save Map & Import to import product to Product Master Table
4. On successful import, pop up for import summary will open which we show count of Products Processed, Product Imported and Product in error
