Platforms


OrderCup is 100% web-based, meaning that all you need to access it is a web browser. OrderCup supports both the Windows and Mac OS X platforms versions which are still supported by Microsoft and Apple. 


As of December 2024, these are:

  • Windows 11 v22H2, or later
  • Mac OS 12.x (Monterrey), or later



NOTE: 

Older versions of Windows and Mac OS X may still work but are not supported by OrderCup.


Browsers

Recent versions of the following browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

NOTE:
OrderCup is not certified to work with any version of Internet Explorer. 


Printers

  • Most Laser / Inkjet printers
  • Thermal printers that support EPL2 or ZPLII or Image formats (most Zebra printers, Dymo, Brother and other compatible thermal printers)

NOTE:
1. Some Brother printers have Mac Driver issues.
2. The Hp 1102 series printers have scaling issues.

Scales:

  • Most USB scales.

NOTE:
1. Serial scales are NOT supported.
2. Incompatible USB scales will be listed here []. 

Scanners

  • Most hand-held USB scanners
